AyahFlow Terms and Product Information

1. Scope and app license

This product information supplements the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement that applies to the download. It does not replace mandatory consumer rights. 2. First-release scope

AyahFlow supports Quran reading, prayer-time calculation, Qibla, reminders, private goals, bookmarks, and notes on supported Apple devices. The planned first release works without an AyahFlow account. Sign in with Apple, the assistant, assistant credits, family mode, sensitive-place modes, and telemetry are not part of this release and must not be expected or advertised.

3. No paid offer in the first release

Every core function shipped in the first release is provided without a purchase and without an AyahFlow account. This version sells no in-app product, subscription, lifetime access, or credit pack and shows no upgrade, subscription-management, or restoration surface. An Apple-verified historical AyahFlow entitlement is recognized automatically if an earlier test or distribution version created one; it is neither removed nor advertised for sale again. Any later purchase or credit functionality would not be part of this release and would require updated product information and separate approval before activation.

4. Religious content and sources

AyahFlow is a technical reading, organization, and reminder tool. It is not a religious authority or a substitute for qualified religious guidance. Quran text, translations, notices, and other material can be displayed only within their respective rights and source requirements. The first release does not provide open-ended fatwas or assistant answers.

5. Prayer times, Qibla, and reminders

Prayer times and Qibla are technical estimates based on settings, time, location, and sensors. Calculation method, madhhab, high-latitude rules, time zone, manual adjustments, magnetic interference, and device condition can change the result. Compare results with a trusted local source whenever accuracy matters. Reminders and alarms can fail because of system settings, Focus, energy state, time-zone changes, or platform limits; AyahFlow must not be the sole source for a safety-critical or deadline-critical decision.

6. Private content and device backup

You remain responsible for your notes, bookmarks, goals, and settings. Do not enter unlawful material, and back up important data before changing, resetting, or deleting a device or app. BRUNIQO cannot restore local content because the first release has no AyahFlow server account. A coordinate-free Widget and paired-Watch projection is a convenience view and can temporarily be stale.

7. Availability and changes

Features depend on supported hardware, operating-system version, Apple services, permissions, storefront availability, and legally approved content. Optional or unapproved features may be absent. Material changes will be described in an updated version; mandatory rights and valid Apple purchase entitlements remain unaffected.

8. Warranty and liability

Applicable statutory warranty and liability rules remain in force. Nothing here limits liability for intent, gross negligence, death, personal injury, or rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law. Technical estimates and guidance do not guarantee a religious, timing, or sensor outcome.
